About the role
Lead product initiatives for Medely's healthcare workforce marketplace. Drive strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes across supply-demand and retention.
What you’ll do
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flex marketplace. • Own product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration. • Use data and research to identify high-value problems. • Make tradeoffs across conversion, retention, and user experience. • Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years product management experience in startups or marketplaces. • Experience owning product areas from discovery to launch. • Strong product judgment and ability to define clear problems. • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate user needs. • Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
