About the role
Lead strategy, roadmap, and Product Management team for Lab Enterprise product line. Align product investment with customer needs and market opportunities.

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap. • Set priorities balancing customer value and technical constraints. • Translate complex workflows into scalable product capabilities. • Collaborate across product areas for coherent workflows. • Guide Product Management team through development and adoption.
What you’ll bring
• 5-10 years in Product Management or related role. • Experience leading and developing teams. • Strong product judgement and strategic thinking. • Stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Ability to explain complex information clearly.
