About the role
Lead product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity detection, prevention, and response. Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless fraud and identity customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Define and drive fraud and identity product strategy and roadmap. • Prioritize and sequence fraud + identity roadmap. • Work directly with engineers on scoring logic and rules. • Act as incident commander for fraud incidents. • Define and track fraud and identity health metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Owned fraud, risk, or identity product surface. • Fluency in detection tradeoffs and fraud operational orchestration. • Experience working with engineers on scoring logic and schemas. • Experience running or co-running incident response. • AI fluency and experience with AI in fraud lifecycle.
