About the role
Lead the strategy and execution of the Financial Products page and Finance tab in Toast Now app. Drive product discovery, engagement, and measurable business outcomes for Embedded Finance products.
What you’ll do
• Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of financial product spaces. • Define key jobs-to-be-done and prioritize roadmaps. • Partner across teams to set best practices and ensure cohesive experience. • Run experimentation program and analyze results. • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, and Marketing.
What you’ll bring
• Passion for financial services innovation in hospitality. • Experience owning product from inception to success. • Hands-on experimentation and A/B testing experience. • Ability to influence without authority. • Customer obsession and VoC experience.
