About the role
Lead the development of an AI-driven experimentation platform to optimize ecommerce testing and improve conversion and revenue. Own the roadmap and execution of autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI testing across multiple sites.
What you’ll do
• Own vision and roadmap for AI experimentation platform. • Define AI agent roles in experiment lifecycle. • Set safety guardrails for autonomous testing. • Build adaptive optimization with multi-armed bandits. • Partner with engineering and data science teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years product management experience. • Experience with large-scale A/B testing programs. • Strong statistical knowledge of experiment design. • Hands-on AI and LLMs experience. • Proficient with SQL, GA4, BigQuery, Looker.
