About the role
Lead design to improve experiences across PadSplit's housing marketplace. Solve complex problems for members and hosts to enable affordable housing.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end product design. • Simplify complex workflows and marketplace dynamics. • Conduct user research with members and hosts. • Drive product strategy with PMs. • Build AI-infused experiences with engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years designing digital products. • Strong UX research skills. • Business fluency in metrics and real estate economics. • Expertise in Figma and interaction design. • Experience designing AI-powered features.
