About the role
Design end-to-end workflows for Alloy's fraud and compliance products. Solve complex user problems and drive product adoption.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end jobs across Alloy product workflows. • Identify key user behaviors to change and track progress. • Set vision and build business case for workflows. • Partner with engineers from concept to handoff. • Raise design craft bar and evolve design system.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product design experience on complex B2B products. • Experience across full design process and usability testing. • Portfolio showing simple solutions to complex problems. • Knowledge of semantic HTML, accessibility, design systems. • Team-first approach, open to feedback and collaboration.
