Manage client accounts to improve KPIs, increase embeddedness, and seek new opportunities. Support and coach junior team members and provide day-to-day direction.

• Undergraduate degree. • Experience in client account management or customer success. • Experience in technical project delivery and API integrations. • Strong commercial awareness and business analysis skills. • Great verbal and written communication skills.
