About the role
Design and manage Cloudflare's Sales Compensation Plans across all customer facing teams. Lead executive discussions and architect compensation metrics aligned with company strategy.
What you’ll do
• Lead Sales Compensation Design Process with Executive Steering Committee. • Drive C-level discussions on compensation philosophy and outcomes. • Architect new metrics for developer platform and AI product strategy. • Build AI Compensation Design Framework and Application. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy compensation plans.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in Sales Compensation Design or management consulting. • Fluency with AI tools and AI-augmented workflows. • Strong analytical skills for new business model metrics. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree required.
