About the role
Lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns to drive user growth. Collaborate with the CMO to optimize and expand marketing channels.
What you’ll do
• Lead paid acquisition channels like Meta, TikTok, Google. • Build scalable acquisition funnels with growth targets. • Run testing loops to improve CAC and LTV. • Monitor performance using Voluum, GA4, dashboards. • Build reporting frameworks for strategy and tactics.
What you’ll bring
• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition. • Manage $300K to $1M+/month paid media spend. • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, native platforms. • Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, tracking setups. • Strong creative instincts and funnel optimization skills.
