About the role
Serve as a strategic people advisor embedded in the Customer organization. Own people strategy, risk, and program quality for your function.
What you’ll do
• Embed in business operating rhythm and decision making. • Own strategic partnership and identify employee relations trends. • Design and execute talent strategies and workforce planning. • Lead change and large-scale organizational transformation. • Mentor and coach other People Business Partners.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years HR experience including 4+ years as HR Business Partner. • Experience with workforce planning and organizational design. • Proven ability advising leaders on team design and growth. • Expertise in employee relations and complex investigations. • Hands-on use of AI tools and strong communication skills.
