About the role
Manage operational excellence in order fulfillment, shipping, and printer partnerships. Coordinate between CX, printers, carriers, and internal teams to improve quality and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Manage vendor onboarding and contract execution. • Oversee printer capacity and inventory management. • Handle shipping carrier relationships and escalations. • Drive customer experience improvements and issue resolution. • Lead UAT and cross-functional operational enablement.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years in e-commerce operations or related field. • Experience managing vendors, SLAs, and escalations. • Proficient in financial operations and contract management. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills. • Experience with UAT and cross-functional collaboration.
