About the role
The Senior Operations Specialist plans and manages initiatives to improve study delivery quality and efficiency. They develop and implement processes and change management plans to achieve operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence. • Lead evaluation of business processes for improvement. • Participate in root-cause problem-solving. • Lead change management initiatives. • Develop and maintain operational performance metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5-7 years in change management and process improvement. • Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotech drug development. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
