About the role
Manage and own Resilia's Meta ad account end-to-end across Facebook and Instagram. Make independent decisions on campaigns, budgets, and scaling at high daily spend volumes.
What you’ll do
• Own Meta account structure, campaigns, budgets, and results. • Run and scale high six-figure daily ad spend. • Launch new ads and creative variations quickly. • Manage multiple SKUs within one ad account. • Diagnose and respond to performance swings in real time.
What you’ll bring
• Manage high 7- to 8-figure Meta ad spend. • 3–6+ years experience in DTC/e-commerce Meta accounts. • Advanced KPI fluency beyond native Meta reporting. • Experience with multi-SKU account management. • Work fully independently with no supervision.
