About the role
Develop mechanical test fixtures and systems for reliable, scalable testing of WHOOP products. Collaborate across teams and manufacturing partners to deliver production-ready fixture solutions.
What you’ll do
• Drive fixture development from concept to production deployment. • Translate test requirements into robust mechanical designs. • Provide technical direction and design review. • Lead fixture debugging and root-cause investigations. • Maintain production-ready CAD, drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 5+ years designing mechanical systems or fixtures for manufacturing. • Strong mechanical design fundamentals and 3D CAD proficiency. • Experience co-developing with contract manufacturers. • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
