About the role
Lead and scale the AI Search engineering team to build next generation intelligent search capabilities for legal professionals. Drive engineering vision, mentor leaders, and ensure operational rigor across semantic search platform.
What you’ll do
• Shape and execute AI Search platform engineering strategy. • Collaborate with product and architecture teams for scalable solutions. • Manage and mentor engineering teams for high performance. • Partner with stakeholders to align technical and business goals. • Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable AI Search solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 7+ years software engineering, 3+ years management experience. • Experience leading distributed cloud-based product development. • Familiarity with machine learning model deployment and lifecycle. • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
