About the role
Lead sourcing, supplier ecosystems, and commercialization in CPG hair care. Drive margin expansion and partner cross-functionally for product pipelines.
What you’ll do
• Manage vendor lifecycle with evaluations and performance metrics. • Mitigate supply chain risks with financial and quality checks. • Negotiate contracts with legal and finance teams. • Develop multi-year sourcing strategies and optimize costs. • Manage procurement for new product development and commercialization.
What you’ll bring
• 7-10 years in strategic sourcing or supply chain in CPG. • Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or Hair Care sourcing. • Expertise managing contract manufacturing organizations. • Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis. • Bachelor's degree preferred; CPSM or CSCP certification preferred.
