About the role
Lead the Project Engineering team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specifications. Provide leadership, technical oversight, and support for chemical and process engineering projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead Project Engineering team for LPT North America portfolio. • Coach and develop Project and Process Engineers. • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and scope. • Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with Technical Offer Management on pre-sales.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • 5+ years engineering or project management experience. • Experience in process engineering or related fields preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
