About the role
Lead development of new health programs from research to scalable interventions. Manage early-stage interventions through evaluation and partnership building.
What you’ll do
• Own portfolio of pipeline interventions end to end. • Assess evidence base honestly and critically. • Model impact and cost-effectiveness under uncertainty. • Design and run decision-relevant learning activities. • Build stakeholder alignment and investment cases.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years relevant experience. • Critically read and synthesize primary research. • Build or interpret cost-effectiveness and statistical models. • Design lean learning activities targeting decision uncertainty. • Manage multiple workstreams and make defensible decisions.
