About the role
Lead regional market access, reimbursement, and health policy initiatives across Latin America. Develop strategies to support adoption of Intuitive technologies and improve patient access.
What you’ll do
• Lead market assessments and reimbursement strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. • Develop evidence-generation and real-world evidence strategies. • Educate internal teams on healthcare system dynamics. • Support reimbursement submissions and value dossiers.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with healthcare systems and reimbursement in Latin America. • Ability to influence health economic models and value dossiers. • Proven track record in market access and health economics. • Advanced computer skills including Excel and Tableau. • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years or advanced degree with 8+ years experience.
