About the role
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support fundraising and organizational decision making. Manage budgeting, forecasting, risk, and financial operations across global teams.
What you’ll do
• Model costs for projects and build budgeting tools. • Own donor budget processes and financial reporting. • Forecast revenue, cash flows, and analyze budget variances. • Support innovation team with financial modeling and proposals. • Lead risk management and global financial operations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. • 5-10+ years in financial analysis and reporting. • Experience with nonprofit grants and donor budgets. • Proficient with Netsuite, BI tools, Excel. • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic skills.
