About the role
Lead finance transformation by prioritizing systems requests and process improvements. Collaborate across Accounting, IT, and external partners to enhance operations in a public company environment.
What you’ll do
• Partner across Accounting, IT, FP&A, and external advisors. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and build alignment. • Manage Finance Transformation portfolio and governance. • Drive SOX readiness and control remediation plans. • Improve close cadence and reconciliation quality.
What you’ll bring
• 9+ years in finance transformation or related fields. • Strong project and program management skills. • Solid accounting fluency and system translation. • Experience with SOX and public company reporting. • Hands-on NetSuite experience and bachelor's degree.
