About the role
Lead North American Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting operations with strategic and operational autonomy. Manage team growth, regional hiring, and collaborate globally to enhance cybersecurity defenses.
What you’ll do
• Own execution of DE&TH mission for North America region. • Manage and grow technical practitioner team. • Strategize with Product, Engineering, and Security leaders. • Collaborate globally to ensure seamless defense. • Lead incident command during high-impact events.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years managing technical security teams. • Experience with distributed or remote teams. • Strong strategic and operational mindset. • Technical depth in Detection-as-Code and adversary tradecraft. • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
