About the role
Lead design, build, and scale AI models and agents to turn LATAM data into business decisions. Combine data science with agentic AI to drive enterprise impact.
What you’ll do
• Build predictive and prescriptive models for business growth. • Take use cases from PoC to production with experimentation. • Design and build AI agents grounded in data and business logic. • Operationalize agents on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric. • Partner cross-functionally to frame problems and land solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Data Science or related field required. • 5+ years in data science or advanced analytics. • Experience building GenAI/agentic AI solutions. • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks. • Familiarity with Azure cloud and MLOps practices.
