About the role
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers supporting Enterprise customers across EMEA and APJ. Drive customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies through data-informed leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead a team of CSMs. • Define and execute segment-specific strategies. • Maintain visibility into adoption and health metrics. • Drive proactive outreach and intervention. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in Customer Success or related fields. • Prior people management experience. • Experience with Enterprise or high-ARR customers. • Background in Cybersecurity or DevOps preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced preferred.
