About the role
Lead data analytics and insights for commercial, customer, and performance in Spain & Portugal. Provide evidence-based recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
What you’ll do
• Oversee data, analytics, and insights across commercial domains. • Define analytical frameworks and translate data into recommendations. • Support business planning and forecasting. • Lead performance tracking and sales incentive analytics. • Provide analytical inputs for brand planning and launch strategy.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial or marketing support. • Experience in haemato-oncology preferred. • Strong teamwork and strategic execution skills. • Fluent in English; other languages advantageous. • University degree in science or business; advanced degree desirable.
