About the role
Lead accounting functions including monthly close, financial statements, and general ledger for a fintech platform. Drive AI adoption and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting. • Build and optimize ERP system and controls. • Lead preparation for financial audits and reviews. • Research complex US GAAP transactions and document policies. • Manage and develop high performing accounting team.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years accounting experience including public accounting. • Active CPA license (US) or CPA Canada designation. • Deep US GAAP expertise including revenue recognition. • Experience with AI tools and automation in accounting. • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
