About the role
Manage complex long term disability claims from intake to resolution ensuring compliance and fairness. Collaborate with partners to develop return-to-work strategies and improve claims processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage diverse LTD claims caseload from intake to resolution. • Collaborate with clinical and vocational partners on RTW strategies. • Serve as subject matter expert on LTD claim practices. • Ensure accurate documentation and clear communication. • Mentor new team members and support knowledge growth.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years LTD claims experience required. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret policy and regulatory requirements. • Advanced knowledge of ERISA and related regulations. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
