About the role
Manage linguistic quality and AI-related services, monitor deliveries, and propose improvements. Participate in innovation strategies and optimize AI annotation and evaluation.
What you’ll do
• Provide linguistic services and AI support to teams and customers. • Manage quality methodologies and AI-focused linguistic services. • Deliver AI service tasks and enforce guidelines. • Train translators, annotators, and stakeholders. • Identify process improvements and innovations.
What you’ll bring
• Linguistic education or equivalent experience. • AI courses or certificates advantageous. • Minimum 2 years in AI services or quality management. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Knowledge of AI annotation, evaluation, prompting, and LLMs.
