About the role
Manage and resolve moderate to complex General Liability claims remotely. Focus on premises liability exposures in various customer-facing industries.
What you’ll do
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve General Liability claims. • Analyze liability, damages, coverage, and exposure. • Manage reserves and provide recommendations. • Coordinate litigated claims with defense counsel and vendors. • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years General Liability or Multi-Line Property & Casualty claims experience. • Experience handling moderate to complex General Liability claims. • Litigation management experience. • Strong premises liability and bodily injury claims knowledge. • Valid adjuster license where required.
