About the role
Support and optimize Shield AI's Talent Acquisition and People Experience technology ecosystem. Lead roadmap development and system administration for TA and HR technology.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain TA and HR technology roadmap. • Administer and optimize Ashby ATS and CRM. • Support third-party HR technology platforms. • Manage vendor relationships and contracts. • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in recruiting and HR technology administration. • Hands-on Ashby ATS experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Strong TA process and technology knowledge. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
