About the role
Join My IT Crew as a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide technical excellence and customer satisfaction in a managed service provider environment. Help solve advanced IT issues and support both on-premise and cloud environments.
What you’ll do
• Advocate for customer satisfaction. • Provide technical support for systems and hardware. • Document and update internal knowledge bases. • Train incoming staff. • Participate in after hours escalation on-call rotation.
What you’ll bring
• Proven senior technical engineer experience. • Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced issues. • Excellent communication skills. • Current Microsoft, Azure, CCNA or equivalent certifications. • 5+ years supporting Windows on-premise and cloud environments.
