About the role
Provide advanced technical support and drive IT support maturity for a distributed workforce. Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues.
What you’ll do
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex end-user issues. • Own high-impact incidents from triage to resolution. • Manage endpoint, identity, and collaboration tooling. • Support office infrastructure and events with occasional travel. • Create and maintain IT documentation and improve processes.
What you’ll bring
• 4–6+ years IT support with Tier 2/3 experience. • Strong troubleshooting on MacOS and Windows endpoints. • Experience with Jira or similar ITSM platforms. • Knowledge of Okta, Entra, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom. • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical staff.
