About the role
Support Bybit's global Technology organization as an experienced HR Business Partner. Partner closely with CTO and senior tech leaders to drive people and organizational solutions.
What you’ll do
• Partner with CTO and senior tech leaders for strategic HR support. • Advise on organization design and workforce planning. • Drive performance management and talent development. • Manage complex employee relations and investigations. • Leverage people analytics to improve talent quality.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years HRBP experience with senior tech leaders. • 2+ years supporting Tech functions like Software Engineering or AI. • Strong understanding of engineering structures and talent markets. • Experience in organization design and complex employee relations. • Fluent Chinese mandatory; English is a strong advantage.
