About the role
Lead the HR function to align strategies with organizational goals and manage workforce effectively. Oversee HR operations, employee relations, talent and performance management, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies. • Advise management on workforce and succession planning. • Lead and develop the HR team. • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and statutory obligations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • CIPM, CIPD or equivalent certification required. • 8-10 years HR experience with 5 years in senior role. • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, agro-processing preferred. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
