About the role
Lead strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions to improve patient access and outcomes. Drive business plans and collaborations within health systems to expand Acadia's impact.
What you’ll do
• Identify business opportunities and execute strategic imperatives. • Develop relationships with operational leaders and key medical experts. • Create and manage business plans for key health system accounts. • Serve as primary contact for senior executives in targeted systems. • Use data and insights to inform strategic planning and execution.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 12 years in pharmaceuticals or life sciences. • At least 5 years in institutional or complex health system management. • Experience with integrated delivery networks and Centers of Excellence. • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
