About the role
You own and manage Google Ads accounts daily, focusing on profitable campaign scaling and reporting. This role requires hands-on account management without management layers or hand-holding.
What you’ll do
• Build and run Search, PMax, Demand Gen campaigns. • Fix issues in accounts promptly. • Report campaign performance every Friday. • Double down on profitable campaigns. • Work directly with decision-makers.
What you’ll bring
• Manage $30K+ monthly Google Ads spend. • Experience with DTC or ecommerce US market. • Use AI tools daily in work. • Hands-on with RedTrack or similar tracker. • Proactive problem flagging and decision making.
