Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role
Lead development of Hopper's realtime and voice customer experience platform. Build and maintain full stack features across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Own voice channel end to end including telephony and CPaaS integrations. • Build product features across React/TypeScript, Scala, Python, and GCP. • Design for multi-tenant scale with configurable codebase. • Maintain safety and compliance plumbing with guardrails and content filtering. • Ensure healthy deployments with observability and incident response.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years software engineering with full-stack ownership. • Experience with realtime systems like voice or streaming media. • Strong React/TypeScript frontend and Scala/Python backend skills. • Cloud infrastructure experience on GCP or AWS. • Operable-systems mindset with SLAs and on-call rotations.
