About the role
Support and enhance financial business systems to enable efficient, high-quality patient care. Act as liaison between business teams, vendors, and IT for system integration and improvements.
What you’ll do
• Lead ERP upgrade initiatives and coordinate project efforts. • Prepare detailed system requirements and impact analysis. • Identify system optimizations and design effective solutions. • Lead issue resolution and update functional specifications. • Manage change control process and deliver end-user training.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field. • Five years of related work experience. • Knowledge of Workday and healthcare financial systems. • Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
