About the role
Manage financial advisory and capital-markets mandates, ensuring successful capital raising and transaction delivery. Coordinate stakeholders and lead transaction execution from start to finish.
What you’ll do
• Engage prospective clients and develop funding relationships. • Prepare proposals, pitch materials, and client presentations. • Lead transaction execution and coordinate workstreams. • Manage transaction meetings and offer document finalization. • Plan investor engagement and coordinate securities offering.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree required; Master’s or professional qualification preferred. • 5-7 years in investment banking or financial advisory. • Strong knowledge of financial structuring and regulatory filings. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Experience in non-interest or sustainable finance is a plus.
