About the role
Responsible for process development, optimization, qualification, and continuous improvement of substrate manufacturing processes. Ensures stable, reliable, and high-quality output through monitoring and analysis of process parameters.
What you’ll do
• Develop and optimize process parameters for consistent quality. • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on quality issues. • Plan and execute new process development and qualification. • Conduct DOE and statistical analysis to improve yield. • Collaborate with teams to identify problems and drive improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Pursuing Master’s in Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related. • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications encouraged. • Strong technical knowledge in process engineering or materials characterization. • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Interest in AI, data analytics, and machine learning in manufacturing.
