About the role
Work at the intersection of AI, task & motion planning, and controls to design autonomous behaviors for uncrewed aircraft. Develop and test autonomy systems and integrate Shield AI products with third-party systems.
What you’ll do
• Design and implement autonomous behaviours for uncrewed aircraft. • Build robust sensor fusion solutions with real sensor data. • Develop and test autonomy systems in simulations. • Integrate autonomy products with third-party aircraft and systems. • Lead and mentor junior engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Tertiary qualification in related field. • Experience in robotics, autonomy, perception or aerospace. • Strong experience in modern C++. • Experience building reliable software systems. • Preferred: uncrewed systems or defence industry experience.
