About the role
Lead electrical maintenance and installation quality for clean energy products. Support engineering teams and improve installation processes.
What you’ll do
• Lead on-site hardware maintenance and vehicle responsibilities. • Plan and maintain lab electrical setups including rooftop solar. • Foster safety culture and conduct equipment inspections. • Develop and implement subcontractor audit processes. • Lead testing and design of installation processes for new products.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years electrical installation experience. • Qualified supervisor with NICEIC/NAPIT or similar. • Experience with 3-phase, solar PV, EVCP, battery systems. • Knowledge of MCS standards and safe work systems. • Ability to travel UK and flexible working hours.
