Senior Drilling Engineer

About the role
Lead drilling engineering design, planning and execution support for safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of wells.
What you’ll do
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical assurance. • Prepare cost and time estimates, AFEs and drilling schedules. • Develop drilling programmes and well design plans. • Optimize drilling performance and reduce non-productive time. • Coordinate contractors and lead well risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• 10-15 years upstream drilling engineering experience. • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum or related Engineering. • IWCF/IADC well-control certification preferred. • Strong technical assurance and cost control skills. • Experience in offshore operations.
