About the role
Lead drilling engineering projects supporting AI transformation and well design across multiple jurisdictions. Manage drilling operations, risk, and contractor selection while mentoring junior engineers.
What you’ll do
• Support AI transformation in drilling and tender evaluation. • Implement corporate best practices and standardisation. • Design wells end to end including casing and cementing. • Lead rig and service-contractor selection and tendering. • Supervise operations onsite and remotely as technical authority.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years drilling engineering experience. • Experience drilling carbonate and fractured reservoirs. • International track record onshore and offshore. • Degree in petroleum, drilling or mechanical engineering. • IWCF or IADC well-control certification.
