About the role
Lead strategic client relations for key employer-sponsored clients in the law firm market. Drive client retention, revenue growth, and partnership expansion through consultative leadership and data-driven planning.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain executive client relationships. • Lead renewal, pricing, and contract negotiations. • Develop multi-year account and market strategies. • Facilitate executive business reviews and planning. • Serve as internal leader for law firm vertical.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10 years strategic account management experience. • Bachelor's degree or 7 additional years experience. • Experience with complex client relationships. • Strong communication and influencing skills. • Ability to travel as required.
