About the role
Lead investor relations to shape investment story, build capital markets relationships, and support fundraising. Partner with leadership on strategy and public company readiness.
What you’ll do
• Shape investment story with Finance and business leaders. • Build relationships with investors and analysts. • Lead fundraising efforts with CEO and CFO. • Develop Board and investor communications. • Prepare company for public company readiness and IPO.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in investing, equity research, or investor relations. • Strong financial analysis and valuation skills. • Ability to create clear investor presentations. • Experience supporting fundraising and capital markets transactions. • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
