About the role
Lead the engineering organization responsible for GitLab Dedicated, a premium single-tenant SaaS for enterprise customers. Scale the platform to meet growth targets with compliance and enterprise-grade SLAs.
What you’ll do
• Own strategy and roadmap for GitLab Dedicated platform. • Lead teams managing orchestration, resilience, and compliance. • Deliver FedRAMP operations and public sector features. • Make enterprise migrations predictable and low-disruption. • Hire and coach engineering managers and adopt AI workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Led engineering for enterprise SaaS infrastructure at scale. • Improved production reliability and reduced infrastructure cost. • Expertise in cloud-native and cellular architectures. • Experience with FedRAMP and AWS GovCloud compliance. • Led organizational changes adopting AI-enabled workflows.
