About the role
The Senior Developer Success Engineer supports developers deploying and scaling Temporal in cloud-native environments. They troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize performance, and develop automation solutions.
What you’ll do
• Work with cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, GCP, Kubernetes. • Debug complex infrastructure issues and optimize cloud performance. • Develop observability solutions like Grafana and Prometheus. • Improve networking and automate infrastructure operations. • Engage with developers and product teams to enhance scalability.
What you’ll bring
• Reside within Pacific time zone (US). • 6+ years developer experience in Python, Java, Golang, or TypeScript. • Experience managing Kubernetes or Docker architectures. • Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools. • Minimum one year in customer-facing role.
