About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of partner implementations ensuring seamless experience. Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across teams and partners.
What you’ll do
• Lead delivery of new features and product expansions. • Translate partner goals into project plans and milestones. • Manage multiple initiatives from scoping to launch. • Serve as primary contact for partner stakeholders. • Work with engineers to define scope and troubleshoot issues.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in technical delivery or program management. • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services. • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure. • Familiarity with APIs and e-commerce platforms. • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
